Research is a process of learning, developing and co-developing knowledge, disseminating knowledge, and creating new thinking. Some interests include how organizations improve sustainability and its impact on the local community. Other interests include, how leaders improve their wellbeing and performance through non-work activities, speeding the diffusion of innovation around Green tech and the social constructs required to alter thinking in populations about the benefits of sustainability.
