Since leaving the military in 1997: Certified Operations Manager, professional designation in production and inventory management (CPIM), and a Master of Arts in Leadership that includes personal, team and organizational change and development. Brian's Doctorate (DSocSci) investigated productivity, sustainability, and organizational performance.  

As a life-long learner, Brian’s motto is “learn and apply, learn and apply” and focusses on best practice and results.
